Please use this website, its services and contents in a properly and lawfully way,
in accordance with current Greek legislation, good faith and generally accepted practices.

The content of this website may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial or advertising purposes,
unless you have obtained written permission from the rightful owner.

All orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Please ensure that you have included your full address details when placing your order. All orders are sent via courier.
The estimated time for delivery after dispatch is 1-3 business days for Greece and 4-10 business days for E.U. and international orders.
We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage while parcels are making their way to you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all we will work on it to resolve the situation.

Shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order before payment, depending on delivery location.
Customs or handling charges that may be levied at the final destination are beyond our control and we are unable to accept any responsibility for these.

Greece
The shipping costs are 4€. If you choose cash on delivery, there is an additional cost of 3€.
For orders over 50€ shipping is free of charge.

Europe
The shipping costs are 15€. For orders over 150€ shipping is free of charge.

Rest of the World
The shipping costs are 25€. For orders over 150€ shipping is free of charge.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Electron.
Credit card online transactions and records of personal data are processed, with absolute security
(SSL encryption with a 2048-bit key size), through Piraeus Bank ePos Paycenter. This way all your personal information is encrypted,
including your credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be decrypted or changed when it is transfered over the internet. Piraeus Bank complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

PayPal
If you select PayPal from the available payment options, you will be automatically directed
to the PayPal site in order to complete your payment.

Cash on Delivery
This method is only available in Greece.
You will pay for your purchase when it is delivered to your address.
There is an additional cost of 3€.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please inspect all products immediately upon arrival.
Do not send a product back before you contact us at hello@miniloco.gr and receive an approval notification.
A product must be in its original condition and packaging in order to return it, accompanied by the purchase receipt.
Used and/or washed products can not unfortunately be returned.
Returns, to the following address, can be made for MINILOCO products purchased only from our online store.
Please send all returns to 4, Trapezountos str., 152 36, Nea Penteli, Attiki, Greece.

Undamaged Products
If the product that you receive is undamaged, but for some reason you want to return it, then you have 14 business days to do so.
In that case, the cost of returning it will be borne by you. After we receive the product and check if it’s in its original condition, meaning that it is not damaged or used, it is in its original packaging, includes all its original parts as well as the receipt that came with it, we will transfer the amount to your bank account within 30 days.

Exchange a Product
If you want to exchange a product for one that differs in color or size, then you have 14 business day to do so.
In that case, the cost of returning it will be borne by you. After we receive the product and check if it’s in its original condition, meaning that it is not damaged or used, it is in its original packaging, includes all its original parts as well as the receipt that came with it, we will send you the new one. Shipping costs will be charged again and will be borne by you.

Damaged Products
If the product that you receive is wrong, damaged or missing a part, then within 2 days you should send us photos that show the condition of the product and also the order number at hello@miniloco.gr
In that case, the cost of returning will be borne by MINILOCO and we will gladly send you a free new product.
Damaged products will not be accepted if they are held and not sent for more than 14 days after receipt.
